Q: What is the minimum order?
A: The minimum order quantity is $100.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Approximately 8% - 15% on top of your total within Canada.

Q: How can I submit my logo?
A: All artwork is to be submitted in a vector format, and print ready. Artwork can be submitted by the following software: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator(preferred), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker, Coreldraw(PC), and Quarkxpress. Any adjustment will be charged extra. You can e-mail your file to (info@tributepackaging.com).

Q: I don't know how to design a logo using any of the software. I simply want my company name printed on the front and back. How much would you charge me for artwork?
A: FREE. If you just want your company name and address with no fancy design, we will do it for no charge.

Q: What is a 'gusset'?
A: A gusset can be found on the bottom or side of a bag. It is the part that is folded in when the bag is flat, and expands like an accordian expansion when the bag is opened up.

Q: What is a 'Mil'?
A: A 'Mil' is a unit to measurement thickness of the paper or plastic. 1 Mil is equivalent to 1/1000 Inch.
