Q: How do I place my order?
A: If you are ordering from Canada or the U.S.A. please order by e-mail, fax, or phone.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, visa, and mastercard.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: The cost of shipping depends on how far the order has to be shipped, and what items you ordered. Usually the average shipping cost is around 5%-15% of the total order.

Q: How can I submit my logo?
A: All artwork are to be submitted in a print ready vector format. Artwork can be submitted by the following software: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator(preferred), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker, Coreldraw(PC), and Quarkxpress. Any adjustment will be charged extra. You can e-mail your file to (info@tributepackaging.com).

Q: I don't know how to design a logo using any of the software. I simply want my company name printed on the front and back. How much would you charge me for artwork design?
A: FREE. If you just want your company name and address with no fancy design, we will do it for no charge. However if you need us to design the bag or a redraw a logo, we charge based on complexity of the design.

Q: What is a 'gusset'?
A: A gusset can be found on the bottom or the side of a bag. It is the part that is folded in when the bag is flat, and expands like an accordian when the bag is opened up.

Q: What is a 'Mil'?
A: A 'Mil' is a unit to measurement thickness of the paper or plastic. 1 Mil is equivalent to 1/1000th of an Inch.

Q: What is a wicket bag?
A: A wicketed bag is usually used in factories for rapid packaging. They have two holes on top, and can be quickly opened, and filled. The most common type of wicket bags you see are probably the bread bags.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: There are no refunds or exchanges. This is due to sanitary reasons, because some of our bags are sold to restaurants.
